JOB VACANCY: HEAD OF HUMAN RESOURCE
Nature of work:
- To Plan and implement Human Resource Management and Development programs inline with the corporate goals and objective
- To lead and manage the Human Resource Department, responsible for entire HR operation and matters.
Requirements:
- Master Degree in related disciplines with at least 2 years in relevant working experience OR Degree in related disciplines with 6 years related working experience or Diploma with 8 years related working experience
- Excellent in communications, organizational and people skills
- Well-versed with labour laws, industrial relations and other HR related knowledge
